2001 Jr. High Varsity Football 

Best Season Ever!

Catholic High School's Junior Varsity football has completed one of the most successful season ever. The JV football team finished the season with a school record of 5-4 .

We had an awesome offense, lead by Lee Wright with 1,203 all purpose yards and 10 touchdowns.  Dwight Hause with 731 all purpose yards  and 7 touchdowns.  Faustin Weber threw for 1,148 yards with 12 touchdown passes.  The team had a grand total of 2,321 yards of offense.

On Defense, Lee Wright lead the team with 76 tackles and Ashley Thaggard was right behind with 64.

By no means could this have happened without the outstanding efforts of the whole team.  Without our great line, making blocks for our backs and our defense filling the hole, stopping the runs and sacking the quarterbacks, we would have just been another team at CHS. Instead the 2001 JV Football team goes into the record books.  Congratulation to the everyone for a great performance.
